Matthew Patrick Donner is an American composer for film and digital media based in California. His compositional style ranges from electronic to purely orchestral works. In 2025 he scored The Caretaker, staring Daniel Baldwin. In 2023 he collaborated with Emmy winning filmmaker Timothy Woodward Jr. to score the action/thriller Til Death Do Us Part, which released in theaters nationwide. In 2022, Matthew's scored Looking For Her (romantic comedy; dir. Alexandra Swarens), which is streaming on Amazon Prime.

In 2021 Matthew placed as a finalist at the World Soundtrack Awards for the Sabam Award for Best Original Composition by a Young Composer, where his music was debuted in Ghent by the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Dirk Brossé.
